Welcome to Arwa Limo (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, booking system, and limousine rental services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation, requesting a quote, or using any service provided by Arwa Limo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and all applicable policies.

2. Services Provided

Arwa Limo offers professional limousine and chauffeur-driven transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, events, parties, and long-distance transportation. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Reservations and Booking
  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or authorized communication channels.

  • A reservation is confirmed only after payment or deposit is received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices are provided at the time of booking and may vary based on vehicle type, duration, distance, and service requirements.

  • Full payment may be required in advance or prior to service.

  • Any additional charges incurred during the service will be billed accordingly.

5. Free Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their booking within 24 hours of booking without any cancellation charges.
Cancellations made after this period or close to the scheduled service time may be subject to fees. No-shows may result in full charge of the booking amount.

6. Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for, but are not limited to:

  • Excessive mess, damage, or required cleaning

  • Waiting time beyond the agreed schedule

  • Tolls, parking fees, or route changes

  • Overtime usage beyond the booked duration

All such charges will be billed to the customer.

7. Vehicle Use and Conduct

Customers and passengers must treat vehicles with care.
Any damage, excessive mess, or misuse of the vehicle will result in additional charges.
Illegal activities, smoking (unless permitted), or unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited.

8. Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers are responsible for the behavior of all passengers.

  • Accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact details must be provided at booking.

  • Seatbelt laws and all local transportation laws must be followed.

9. Lost or Personal Items

Arwa Limo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle. While we will attempt to assist in recovery, we do not guarantee the return of any items.

10. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather conditions, accidents, road closures, or acts of God.

11. Insurance and Safety

All Arwa Limo vehicles are fully insured and maintained according to safety regulations. Customers agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our chauffeurs.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arwa Limo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

13. Modification of Terms

Arwa Limo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state or jurisdiction in which Arwa Limo operates.
